With the Palisades Village slowly re-opening and the official opening coming in August, residents of the fire-ravaged community are thrilled at what it represents. Erewhon is among at least 10 businesses returning to the shopping center that did not burn down, but has been closed with smoke damage since the Pacific Palisades fire in early January of 2025. Owned by developer Rick Caruso, the center is getting a $60-million overhaul.
