Jeffrey Younger, father of seven-year-old James Younger, emerged from a Texas courtroom Thursday with a smile on his face after a judge ruled that James’ parents will have joint conservatorship — a decision which includes making medical decisions for the minor. When asked if he was happy about the judge’s ruling, Younger can be heard saying “yes” before being ushered away.
