Thiruvalla: Kothaviruthi paddy fields at Kuttoor, which had been lying fallow for about 15 years, would have rice plants, heavy with paddy, swaying in the breeze this season. Seeds were sown in 60 acres, under the leadership of the Kuttoor panchayath and Krishi Bhavan.
