Delays along Bangerter Highway's intersection at 13400 South will be inevitable starting Friday as the area prepares to undergo a year-long facelift. The intersection will be fully closed from Monday until the fall of 2025. Delays will begin Friday though as crews prepare the intersection for detour. According to the Utah Department of Transportation, the east and westbound lanes will close, forcing all traffic to exit the highway and detour back to it if required.
