Ex-tropical systems are adding some warmth to the air over the UK mid-week. What was Tropical Storm Dorian will bring some rain from the west on Thursday but also help lift temperatures into the mid 20s in the south. Once that clears, there will be some chilly nights but high pressure building in means plenty of fine, sunny weather for Friday and the weekend. Except for northern Scotland where it will be wet and windy.
