Trump Advocates for Wearing Masks: 'They'll Have an Effect'

Speaking at a White House coronavirus briefing Tuesday evening, President Trump said the pandemic will "unfortunately probably get worse before it gets better" and encouraged people to wear a mask if they could not socially distance.
