Wayanad: Moves are on to reopen the quarry at Thondernad panchayath, that had been closed after the landslides at Wayanad. This was post the order issued by the High Court. The works at the quarry was stopped after the landslide on July 11, in which fiver tipper lorries had got trapped in the mud.
