A North Carolina man has been charged with forging signatures while working on the recent effort to repeal Proposition 4 in Utah. Chadwick Kluttz, 40, was charged in 8th District Court with 11 counts of forgery, a third-degree felony, and 11 counts of unlawfully signing a certificate of nomination signature sheet, a class A misdemeanor.
