Senate proposal could expand nonprofit's breast-cancer research grants

Senate Bill 445 passed by unanimous vote on Monday, May 12, 2021. It would allow Pennsylvanians to donate $5 to the PA Breast Cancer Coalition's cancer-research grant initiative when they renew their driver's license or registration.
