The cover story subject for the July/August 2024 issue is the New Orleans JCC and recently named CEO Michael Rawl. Before his arrival in New Orleans, he was previously the CEO of the JCC of Greater Buffalo. However, his journey from a career outside the industry to leading the second oldest JCC in the country is a full circle moment for him. Making a change in leadership can be a stressful process for any organization. But any stress was relieved for the JCC in the first months of Michael’s time there.
