In his only planned speech during a three-nation, four-day European trip, President Obama talked about U.S. relations with the European Union at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels. He said that the borders of Europe could not be re-drawn with force and addressed Russia's justifications for entering Ukraine. President Obama also compared Russia's decision to annex Crimea with the U.S. intervention in Iraq, saying the U.S. sought to work within the international system and not "annex Iraq."
