An LA pervert has repeatedly exposed himself to his grandma neighbor for nearly a year — but he claims she’s the “creepy and rude” one for threatening to call cops, the woman told The Post on Wednesday. The 61-year-old woman, who spoke on the condition that only her first name be used, lives with her adult son in the Sherman Oaks complex in California and said the man is in his 60s or 70s and resides in an apartment across from her building. “You’re just sitting there eating dinner, and you see movement out of the corner of your eye. You look up, and he’s completely naked,” Michelle claimed.
