Copper Topp from 'Drag Race UK' talks walking a gay slur down the runway

Every time we get into whatever we're wearing, whether that be a wig, whether that be androgyny and there's a cool hat moment or whether like Cheddar (Gorgeous) you're dressed as a mushroom, it's a political statement just to do drag. We're living in a world now where I think a lot of us are becoming increasingly angry with the world, and I think actually we're out there to challenge that and also entertain people. The beauty of drag, and what I love the most about it, is when I do a drag gig, there's always someone who comes up to me right at the end, gives me a big hug and says, "Thank you so much that. That's really helped me today."
