Kochi: The Kerala High Court has postponed the hearing of bail plea of Bishop Franco Mulakkal, the accused in the nun sexual assault case, to Wednesday (October 3rd). The prosecution pleaded not to grant bail to the accused. The probe team has also pleaded not to grant bail to the bishop pointing out that he might try to destroy the evidences. Meanwhile, bishop's lawyer has argued that the case is fake and the allegations against bishop are baseless.
