New York firefighters were seen rescuing a woman dangling from the 20th story of a Manhattan high-rise Saturday morning while battling an inferno that trapped dozens of tenants. According to FDNY Chief Fire Marshall Daniel Flynn, a lithium-ion battery attached to an e-bike in the building exploded, causing fire and smoke that injured 38 people, including five firefighters. The woman in the video was ultimately pulled into the window below.
