A 43-year-old woman from Woodbridge was taken to the 136 Suite at the Woodlands mental health unit attached to Ipswich Hospital on March 16 late in the evening. Police detained her in an Ipswich car park, using emergency powers under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act. She has been very critical of her experience at the suite, which is run by Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust.
