Kumili: Landslide occurred near Kumili following heavy rain. No casualties have been reported. Many houses and shops have been submerged in water in the area. The traffic was disrupted in the Kattappana-Munnar road and has been restored by the joint efforts of police, fire-force and locals. The locals here demands to get shifted to relief camps or to some other safer places as the area is still under landslide threat.
