Chaotic scene outside L.A. Federal Building as anti-ICE protesters destroy property and police fire rubber bullets

Hundreds of unruly anti-ICE protesters were locked in a hostile standoff with federal agents outside the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building, pushing a large red dumpster toward the entrance as a shield. Federal agents were forced to use pepper-spray as the group attempted to storm the building.
