Beto O'Rourke (D-TX), who is running for the Democratic Party nomination for president, told a member of the audience at the "Bully Pulpit" at the College of Charleston on Monday night that the question of whether a life has value the day before a baby is born was solely up to a woman to make. The questioner said that he had been born Sep. 8, and asked whether his life had no meaning on Sep. 7.
