This year marked the 100th anniversary of the Box Elder County Fair and the Golden Spikes Rodeo, and the community came out in full force to celebrate the milestone. But amid the fun and festivities, the most powerful moment of the evening was a tribute to fallen officers who gave their lives in service. Following a moment of silence, two riderless horses made their way around the stadium as bagpipes played, honoring Sergeant Lee Sorensen and Officer Eric Estrada.
