Three dead as storm Ophelia blasts Ireland and the UK

Three people have died as a result of the battering winds that storm Ophelia brought to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Wales. There were massive power cuts across Ireland and Wales, and many roads and bridges were closed.
