New Delhi: In a legal victory for India, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Wednesday stayed the death sentence of Kulbhushan Jadav, convicted by Pakistan on charges of espionage. The ICJ, in its final verdict in the case, ordered the Pakistan Military Court to review the spy case and asked Pakistan to grant consular access to Kulbhushan Jadav.
