Fresh and Fast Pad Thai

Asian dishes often have a lot of ingredients you don't keep in stock in your kitchen. For this recipe, however, you probably already have the majority of the ingredients. It's a take on pad thai that is a little lighter, fresher, and is quick to mix up. Lindsey Hargett shares how to make it. She says she is not a spice fan, but putting in some sriracha and chili garlic sauce will amp up the flavor of this dish. There's enough oil in the pad thai sauce that you won't be overwhelmed with the heat.
