Our ship is trying to stay upright, but the waves keep coming with no mercy!</p><p style="margin: 5px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 5px;">Whether we're angry at ourselves for something we did or if someone else caused us to be upset, we have to take responsibility for how we handle it.</p><p style="margin: 5px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 5px;">It's not healthy to blow it off as if it doesn't matter or take it out on others, so what do we do when our ship is about to capsize?</p><p style="margin: 5px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 5px;">Move with it, move through it, and come back to homeostasis!</p><p style="margin: 5px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 5px;">Being in balance with ourselves is where we want to strive to be. Even though we feel intense emotions, we must learn how to self-soothe and return to our center.</p><p style="margin: 5px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 5px;">In today's workout, that's what we do!</p><p style="margin: 5px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 5px;">We exercise our strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, cardio, and breath through dynamic movements to find harmony again.</p><p style="margin: 5px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 5px;">Cannabis can be super helpful in this transition.
