Marielena Hincapié, executive director of the National Immigration Law Center, told protesters on Tuesday that no matter what the United States Supreme Court decides on the future of DACA the hundreds of thousands of migrants who came into the country illegally as minors should remain in the country. "You belong here," Hincapié said. "Home is here."
