School Resource Officer Nick Jackson was working election security at Spout Springs Library last Tuesday when he saw a vehicle (hood up) pulled over on a nearby street in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Two ladies appeared to be in a dilemma, so he went to investigate. The ladies told him there was a kitten trapped behind the engine.
