Failed Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum took aim at President Donald Trump Monday on CNN for what the "New Day" chyron called a "backtrack on tougher gun restrictions" after the president blamed mental health for people carrying out mass shootings rather than making it a gun issue.
