Verstappen Questioning F1 Life

Max Verstappen has said he enjoys racing and winning but still finds himself questioning whether the Formula 1 life is “actually a good life.” Verstappen says the continuously expanding F1 calendar is making him question how long he will remain in the sport. "I always said that even if there won't be any more sprint races, if we keep expanding the calendar and the whole weekend is that long, at one point you question yourself: is it worth it?" said Verstappen. The current championship leader says he may get to a point in his career where he wants to do something else other than F1. The two-time world champion says he is interested in racing in other forms of motorsport similar to what his rival Fernando Alonso did. The 25-year-old says he is interested in both endurance racing and owning his own team. But he has ruled out racing in IndyCar. Verstappen is said to be paid a salary in the region of €40-50m and says he is committed to Red Bull at least until the end of his existing contract.
