Ten years ago, the restaurant that Chef George Vogelbacher worked for and helped launch invited him not to return from a planned vacation. He was 72 at the time and retirement didn't suit him. Luckily for George, and for diners in Central Florida, he found a new opportunity to keep doing what he'd always done best.
