An NYPD patrol car was captured in wild dash camera footage colliding with a pedestrian jogging in a crosswalk while officers responded to a reported theft in Columbus Circle on Saturday afternoon. At least two cops were responding to the emergency call around 4 p.m. when a woman ran straight into their car at West 58 Street and Eighth Avenue, according to witness’ video obtained by The Post.
