Rahul Gandhi compares Mamata Banerjee to PM Modi at Bengal rally

Addressing a rally in West Bengal's Malda, Congress President Rahul Gandhi compared Chief Minister of the state, Mamata Banerjee, to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This was Gandhi's first rally in Bengal since April 2016.
