Jaw-dropping footage circulating online shows a Los Angeles Fire Department firefighter tumbling from a ladder while battling a blaze at a home in Arlington Heights, Central LA. In the video, a hook ladder was extended to the second story of the house, with several firefighters positioned on the aerial ladder protruding from the fire truck. As one firefighter attempted to step from the aerial ladder to the roofline, he lost his footing and plunged several feet while stunned onlookers audibly gasped, according to a clip from the Citizen app circulating online. Despite the fall, fire officials said the firefighter escaped with only minor injuries and is expected to fully recover, ABC7 Eyewitness News reported.
