New surveillance video shows an out-of-control driver smashing into a downtown Los Angeles flower stand in a terrifying crash that injured six people. The video shows an SUV jumping the sidewalk and hitting the vendor on the 530 block of East 8th Street late Tuesday morning, sending bystanders and flowers flying. The collision left five people hospitalized, while one person was treated and released at the scene.
