Some people in the City of Angels have taken to living in storm drains as the city’s homelessness crisis spirals out of control. Footage showed the horrifying conditions of sewers in South LA, where overflowing trash, human waste and an “unbearable” smell met witnesses at the scene, Fox 11 reported. One woman was even seen emerging from a drain where a dog house was used to conceal the opening.
