Amidst the raging controvery over Mumbai police's action against Republic TV's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, Kashmiri Architect and Pakistan sympathiser Tony Ashai has brewed a new controversy. In response to a a video of Arnab Goswami alleging threat to his life, Tony Ashai took a dig at the Republic TV Editor-in-Chief claiming, "After putting many lives in danger by falsely accusing them and destroying their lives, Arnab Goswami now pleads for his life." In the same tweet, Tony Ashai issued a veiled threat to Times Now's Navika Kumar and Kashmir-based journalist Aarti Tikoo Singh, calling for an assault against them for speaking against Pakistan and it's Army. “The same fate awaits Aarti Tikoo Navika Kumar and others. I hope with Trump gone, there will be a wave of restoration of good values worldwide," tweeted Tony Ashai. In an exclusive interview to Asianet Newsable's Sunita Iyer, Aarti Tikoo Singh, Foreign & Strategic Affairs Editor, IANS, called Tony's Ashai's threat as serious and called for the Indian government to blacklist him from visiting India. On the issue of Mumbai Police's 'harassing' treatment towards Arnab Goswami, Aarti Tikoo Singh said that the Republic TV's Editor-in-Chief is being singled out and is appalled by those who are silent on fascism.
