Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) told Breitbart News during a press conference on Wednesday that “a neighbor of ours to the north”, who the senator’s office confirmed refers to Michigan Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, is stalling the reopening of the state for political reasons.
