Stunning drone footage of an ice formation in Maine

A rare ice formation in the Presumpscot river has enthralled the city of Westbrook in Maine. Drone footage by Tina Radel shows almost 100-metre circle spinning in a counter-clockwise direction. Scientists say the ice discs is rare but natural.
