On Wednesday's broadcast of CNN News Central, Savannah, GA, Mayor Van Johnson, who is in a nonpartisan position, but is a Democrat, said that 2024 Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris flipping positions on a border wall and an electric vehicle mandate is "a natural part of the ebb and flow" but did say that when you change stances, "you have to have explanations about why you've evolved and why your position has changed about that."
