Aroor: A report on the controversial 'Poothana' reference made by PWD minister G Sudhakaran by the district collector may be submitted today. The collector would consider the complaints filed by the UDF constituency committee and the minister.The UDF approached the Election Commission alleging that the minister's comment was insulting to UDF candidate Shanimol Usman.
