NY Gov. Cuomo: Prices Skyrocket as '50 States All Competing for Supplies' from China

"[All 50 states and the federal government] are fighting amongst ourselves," NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo said during a press conference Monday. Cuomo explained how competition across the country for medical supplies from China is causing prices to rise.
