The Colosseum in Rome has reopened after almost three months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic. Thermo-scanners, social distancing and disinfectant dispensers at the entrance, together with mandatory bookings, one-way paths and limited number of visitors, aim to help make visiting one of the most famous monuments in the world as safe as possible during the pandemic.
