Chalakudy: With chirping birds, blooming flowers and healthy vegetables around him, Shanavas, an ex-expatriate, lives close to nature as a full-time farmer at Kaipamangalam, Thrissur. Despite being hit by the flood in August, Shanavas devoted his complete attention to revive what he had lost from his garden, cages and farm.
