New Delhi, July 7 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with newly elected UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer today, congratulating him on his recent election victory. Modi also extended an invitation to Starmer for an early visit to India. The Labour Party won the UK elections on June 5.
