This fall, Franklin Regional senior Vishal Pandey was draining blood as Dracula. This spring, he'll play the Biblical hero Joseph in FR's production of "Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," which runs Feb. 27 through March 1 at the high school in Murrysville.
