Federal Way cop gets shot at

A Federal Way police officer ended up in between two parties shooting at each another, which led to a male speeding away from the scene and ultimately being charged with multiple felonies. According to charging documents, a Federal Way Police Department officer was responding to a call Oct. 16 as he drove near the intersection of Weyerhaeuser Way South and 33rd Place South when heard a volley of bullets coming from the east of him, and he believed he was being shot at. The officer then saw a black Dodge Charger driving away from where he believed the bullets were coming from. The vehicle would later be discovered as allegedly stolen and was being driven by a 19-year-old Seattle man.
