Oakland Fire chief says department will rally around family of fallen firefighter

Caedan Laffan's family roots run deep in OFD. HIs father served with OFD until his death in the line of duty back in 2020. Caedan's mother, Sabrina, runs a program that supports the mental health of fire crews, and often works with OFD. KTVU's Tori Gaines reports.
