Disturbing Report Finds Heroin Selling for $5 in Parts of Pennsylvania

A new report released by the Center for Rural Pennsylvania claims there is a huge epidemic of heroin in the state. The numbers released suggest it s cheaper to get heroin than a six pack of beer in some parts.
