Speaking to the press Thursday morning in Congress, Rep. Steve Cohen held up a chicken statue to compare with Attorney General William Barr. Cohen also compared Barr to Attorney General John Mitchell in the Watergate scandal. Barr had refused to attend the House Judiciary Hearing on the Mueller report.
