Officials dedicate the newly-refurbished Spruce Railroad Trail on the north shore of Lake Crescent in Olympic National Park west of Port Angeles on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020. The work included renovation of the Daley-Rankin Tunnel and a new connecting bridge, along with paving of the trail for bicycle and pedestrian access.
