A neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley was evacuated June 3, after an apparent explosive device was discovered. Authorities responded to a call about a suspicious package in the Valley Glen neighborhood in the 6100 block of Rhodes Avenue around 9 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
